When Fly Honeycomb NZ approached us at Bump Digital, their online presence was virtually non-existent on Google. This posed a significant challenge, resulting in low website traffic and sluggish online sales for this burgeoning e-commerce company. Sales were the number one priority for the client and we found the campaign conversion rate was under our benchmarks. After analysing and concluding that the traffic quality coming from the campaigns was high, we knew the website was having an impact on the campaign conversion rate. Because of this, we helped with a few website suggestions and also tested dropping the price slightly to see if this made any impact. It did, and we saw conversion rate increase quite significantly.
